Methodology

How to read Rejestr360 in English

The English interface is an interpretation layer over the same Polish company dataset used by Rejestr360. It does not create a second copy of the registry data.

KRS — National Court Register

Registry identifiers, legal form, registered address, management board, proxies, shareholders, representation wording and selected registry events.

CRBR — beneficial ownership register

Beneficial owners and representatives when a current CRBR record is available for the company.

Financial statements

Financial statement documents and parsed accounting values for periods available in the Rejestr360 data layer.

Rejestr360 derived views

Calculated ratios, relationship views and change summaries built from the source datasets above. These are informational interpretations, not official registry records.

What is translated — and what is not

We translate the interface and explanations: labels such as revenue, net profit, total assets, beneficial owner, management board, registered address and signing authority.

We do not translate official company names: the legal name remains exactly the company name used in the Polish source data.

We keep original Polish registry wording where legal nuance matters: for example the KRS representation rule. English summaries help navigation but should not replace review of the original wording when signing authority is material to a transaction.

Calculated ratios are Rejestr360 outputs: they are based on parsed statement values and should be read together with the source period and document scope.

Important limitation

Rejestr360 is an informational tool. The English interface is not an official certified translation of KRS, CRBR or a filed financial statement. For legal reliance, use the relevant official source and professional advice where appropriate.
