Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The Rejestr360 service is operated by K&K GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., KRS 0001117071, NIP 5842854900, address: ul. Józefa Sowińskiego 59/46, 01-105 Warszawa.

2. What Rejestr360 is

Rejestr360 helps users search for business entities, organise information from public sources, review representation, ownership and control, financial information where available, change history, relationships and signals that may require additional verification.

The service is not an official register, a law firm, a business information bureau or a rating agency. Information in Rejestr360 does not constitute legal, tax, investment or credit advice.

3. Data sources and currency

Information may come in particular from public registers and official data interfaces. For important decisions, users should verify the indicated primary source.

Source data may be incomplete, delayed, temporarily unavailable or change independently of Rejestr360. The absence of information does not confirm either its existence or non-existence.

Address Control compares an agreement list with KRS data available at the time of comparison. The result does not guarantee completeness or current accuracy of the register and does not independently confirm the existence of debt or non-payment.

4. User account

Public search may be available without an account. An account is required for private features such as monitoring companies, private alerts, saved settings and Address Control, including private import of an agreement list and comparison with registry data.

Users should provide a valid email address, protect access to their account and not share login credentials with other people. Any suspected account compromise should be reported to the service provider without delay.

Users may provide Address Control only with data they are authorised to process and should limit imports to information necessary for the comparison. Unnecessary personal data should not be included in the spreadsheet.

5. Permitted use

Rejestr360 may be used for lawful informational and business purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• attempt to access other users' accounts, secrets, infrastructure or non-public data;
• circumvent access restrictions, CAPTCHA, rate limits or other safeguards;
• automatically download data at a scale that places excessive load on the service or is intended to reconstruct the entire database outside an agreed interface;
• use the service for unlawful activity, activity infringing third-party rights or activity that misleads recipients about the origin of the data.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to maintain high availability and data quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of all external sources. Some sources may be unavailable during a partial outage.

“No matched active agreement” means that no agreement matching the entity was found using the supplied identifiers. It does not automatically mean that the entity does not pay, uses the address unlawfully or is in arrears.

Users are responsible for their own business decisions and should take into account the nature, currency and scope of the sources. Limitations of liability under these Terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

7. Plans and paid features

Planned features or features unavailable under the current plan are not part of the paid service. The paid-service terms, price and billing period will be presented before a binding order is placed.

The PRO plan costs PLN 99 net per month and BUSINESS costs PLN 199 net per month. Every plan includes an account for one person. The Address Control 360 add-on costs PLN 199 net per month and is available independently of the FREE, PRO or BUSINESS plan. The standard add-on subscription includes one monitored location and up to 1,000 agreement rows in each current list.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancellation may be requested using the service provider's contact address and, as a rule, takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed or reversed payment may result in restricted access.

Prices shown are net prices. The treatment of any VAT is determined by the order summary and sales document.

8. Enquiries and complaints

Enquiries about the service, account or data may be sent to kontakt@kkglobal.pl. It is helpful to include the page address, KRS number or other information that allows the issue to be reproduced. We respond without undue delay, as a rule within 14 days.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change as features develop or data sources, the access model or applicable laws change. A change that is material to signed-in users will be communicated in a manner appropriate to its significance. The current version is published at this address.
